The process of manufacturing our frame-panel house begins with meticulous design and drafting. A team of technical architects uses advanced software to load the house project onto the production workshop’s equipment.
We then use our specialized equipment to manufacture wooden frames and panels, which are assembled on a fully automated line to form a strong and stable structure. Unlike small-scale manual or semi-automatic productions, where the house frame can be assembled directly on-site, we utilize a fully automated WEINMANN conveyor line.
The next stage involves the final process of completing the factory package, which includes electrical installation, sheathing the frame with cement bonded particle boards (CBPB), and preparing openings for the subsequent installation of window structures. At each section of the conveyor, employees who specialize in this type of work ensure it is performed flawlessly. At the end of the production line, all released products undergo strict quality control.
